 Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was inked between Iran and Bosnia and Herzegovina

TEHRAN, Oct. 26 (MNA) – A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was inked between Iran and Bosnia and Herzegovina for promotion of trade and investment cooperation.

The agreement was, which pertains to expansion of business cooperation and mutual investment between small and medium-sized firms, was inked by Iran’s Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Ali Yazdani and Mirko Sarovic, Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia.

the newly-signed deal pictures the expansion of cooperation among the countries’ enterprises and industrial parks.

A joint commission to be held in the Bosnian capital of Sarajevo in December is to examine and finalize the list of the areas of cooperation between the two countries, the Iranian Presidnet said at the meeting.

Head of Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidential Council Bakir Izetbegovic is on a four-day visit to Tehran and was welcomed by the Iranian President Hassan Rouhani upon arrival at Saadabad Cultural and Historical Complex on Tuesday.

In addition to meeting with senior Iranian officials, Izetbegovic is also scheduled to meet with Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani.

Later, the Bosnian president will pay a visit to historical city of Isfahan, the capital of Isfahan Province in Iran situated about 340 kilometers south of Tehran.
